MORN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, ARL3, and S100A8. Each is linked with MORN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN4-to-partner and partner-to-MORN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORN4 versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
