The most reproducible MORN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary membrane, Protein localization to cilium, and Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly. Each is linked with MORN4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN4-to-partner and partner-to-MORN4 results are reported.
