MORN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,499 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, WDR35, and OSCP1. Each is linked with MORN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN3-to-partner and partner-to-MORN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORN3 versus WDR19 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
