MORN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Macrophages, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with MORN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN3-to-partner and partner-to-MORN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by MORN3-low versus MORN3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
