The most reproducible MORN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MORN3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN3-to-partner and partner-to-MORN3 results are reported.
