Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORF4L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MORF4L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, PSMD10, and CYSLTR1_S326. Each is linked with MORF4L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4L2-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORF4L2 versus CUL4B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORF4L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORF4L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
