MORF4L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORF4L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORF4L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYCP1, SGCEP1, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with MORF4L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4L2-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYCP1 grouped by MORF4L2-low versus MORF4L2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORF4L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORF4L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
