The most reproducible MORF4L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with MORF4L2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4L2-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4L2 results are reported.
