Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MORF4L1P4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MORF4L1P4 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MORF4L1P4 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, MORF4L1P4 RNA expression shows 9,626 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight STAD, THCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where MORF4L1P4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
