Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MORF4L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MORF4L1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MORF4L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MORF4L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where MORF4L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
