Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORF4L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MORF4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IREB2, SRSF2, and MRPL46. Each is linked with MORF4L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4L1-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORF4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORF4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
