Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MORF4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MORF4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher MORF4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MORF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and LIHC are the cancer types where MORF4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
