MORF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,719 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERBP1P5, STAG1, and MORF4L1P1. Each is linked with MORF4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORF4 versus SERBP1P5 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
