Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 414 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MORF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR361, MIR199B, and MIR548AW. Each is linked with MORF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORF4-to-partner and partner-to-MORF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR361 grouped by MORF4-low versus MORF4-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
