MORC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,996 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GART, HMGN1, and LINC02084. Each is linked with MORC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC3-to-partner and partner-to-MORC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORC3 versus GART in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
