MON2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,377 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, MYG1, and CAND1. Each is linked with MON2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON2-to-partner and partner-to-MON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MON2 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
