MON2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,453 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED8, IPPKP1, and SELENOS. Each is linked with MON2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON2-to-partner and partner-to-MON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED8 grouped by MON2-low versus MON2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
