Across TCGA cell cohorts, MON2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,332 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with MON2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON2-to-partner and partner-to-MON2 results are reported.
