MON1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,094 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAP1, RRP9, and NPRL2. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MON1A versus BAP1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
