Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,403 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MON1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM5, RRBP1, and USP4. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MON1A versus RBM5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
