Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MON1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAM, PXK, and DYRK1B. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MON1A versus CRTAM in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
