Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MON1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL447P, ESS2, and PANK4. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL447P grouped by MON1A-low versus MON1A-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
