Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MON1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by MON1A-low versus MON1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
