MON1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MON1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, and Mitochondrial mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with MON1A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1A-to-partner and partner-to-MON1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport grouped by MON1A-low versus MON1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
