MOK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,244 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, PNMA1, and SPCS3. Each is linked with MOK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOK-to-partner and partner-to-MOK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOK versus BAG5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
