Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,367 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUMA1, NADSYN1, and MRPL48. Each is linked with MOK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOK-to-partner and partner-to-MOK results are reported.
