Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,910 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP23-1, MIR3131, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with MOK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOK-to-partner and partner-to-MOK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP23-1 grouped by MOK-low versus MOK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
