Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with MOK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOK-to-partner and partner-to-MOK results are reported.
