Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOGS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOGS data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher MOGS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOGS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PRAD and LUAD are the cancer types where MOGS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
