Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,977 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRIX1, BAZ1B, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
