Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,497 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX2, RAB6B, and RAET1E. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
