Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM209, LMAN2L, and RPN1. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
