Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,226 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL104P, RNU6-1127P, and SNORA30. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL104P grouped by MOGS-low versus MOGS-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
