Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC1, MEK1, and Smad4. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
