Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,632 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
