Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOGS mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Uprosertib, Luminespib, and AZD5153. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.
