MOGAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, ELP4, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with MOGAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT3-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOGAT3 versus IL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
