MOGAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLA, RAD51C, and TMEM104. Each is linked with MOGAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT3-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLA grouped by MOGAT3-low versus MOGAT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
