MOGAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOGAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A, CLPS, and TKTL2. Each is linked with MOGAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT3-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A4A grouped by MOGAT3-low versus MOGAT3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
