Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,031 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylcholine metabolic process, Phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of dendritic cell differentiation. Each is linked with MOGAT2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT2 results are reported.
