Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLVS1, FAM86MP, and DPPA3. Each is linked with MOGAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOGAT2 versus CLVS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
