MOGAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MOGAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MOGAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by MOGAT2-low versus MOGAT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
