Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOG data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MOG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where MOG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
