MOG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, TUBG1, and ENPP2. Each is linked with MOG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOG-to-partner and partner-to-MOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
