MOCOS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,541 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCOS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN1, RRM2, and MOCOS_S530. Each is linked with MOCOS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOCOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOCOS versus RCN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
