Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR513A2, GCSHP4, and MIR4660. Each is linked with MOCOS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOCOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR513A2 grouped by MOCOS-low versus MOCOS-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOCOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOCOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
