Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOCOS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOCOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with MOCOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOCOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MOCOS-low versus MOCOS-high in UCEC.
