Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOCOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,819 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOCOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transport, Intracellular potassium ion homeostasis, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MOCOS in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOCOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOCOS results are reported.
