MOBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF1B, MADD_S1270, and CBX3_S95. Each is linked with MOBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOBP-to-partner and partner-to-MOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOBP versus KIF1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
