Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOBP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes and Basophils. Each is linked with MOBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOBP-to-partner and partner-to-MOBP results are reported.
